If a potential duplicate is found, the system shows a clear warning so your team can review before saving. It's a helpful prompt, not a hard stop, so your users stay in control.
How it works

| Note: The same warning also appears when a unit is added with a VIN that already exists in the group. |

Duplicate Warning is expected to roll out on July 20, 2026. No action is needed on your part. It will be available automatically.
